“My life and body are at peace now that I’ve designed my life in a way that truly feeds me.”

Her earliest press clipping, and the frame has not moved since. In 2012 the Inquirer told the story of client Karen Gomez and what Ali’s group sessions covered: health histories, family patterns, and the habit of postponing your life until some future version of you arrives.
